- It’s what you pay to lock in your date — non-refundable, and not a throwaway charge: a lot is built into it, from the room to the team that runs your day. Booking fees run $1,500–$6,000 depending on the date you choose. The Instant Pricing tool gives you your exact number in a few clicks.
- Three steps:
- Booking fee when you lock in your date.
- Amenities depositof $750–$2,000 at your amenities meeting, scheduled 30–120 days after booking.
- Remaining balance one month before your final meeting; any last-minute additions settle the morning of the wedding.
- A lot. Your custom floor plan, tables and chairs, skirting and linens in white/black/ivory, china, flatware, glassware, head table set for up to 14, social use of the private patio, wireless microphone and speakers throughout, wedding cake cut/plated/served, a champagne toast for the head table and two front family tables — and the staff to run all of it: Director of Events, Entertainment Director, Event Manager, bartender, and servers.
- We don’t book Sundays. But Friday weddings are roughly $1,500 less on the venue fee — and there’s an extra $500 off the food-and-beverage minimum and $300 off Grands Entertainment when you book a Friday. Same staff, same rooms, same in-house everything.
- Totally normal — that’s why we don’t lock final numbers until ten business days (two Mondays) before the wedding. Up until then your Instant Quote is a sharp estimate that flexes with the day you’re actually building.
- Pretty accurate — it gets you about 95% of the way there and gives you a really good idea of what your wedding will cost. When you come in for a tour we can run an exact quote in person, and we usually have date deals running that aren’t baked into the builder yet.
- Yes. One protein is included with every plate, plus vegetarian, dietary, and kids’ meals at no extra cost. If you want a second main protein for every guest, it’s a flat $500 — that covers the extra servers we bring in to plate the room quickly. Place cards required when offering two.
- Yep — gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, celiac, and most others. We just need a heads-up so the kitchen plans for it.
- Yes — and it’s a real upside. We hold the liquor license through the City of Sartell, so every bartender on the floor is on our payroll and licensed in this state. No outside contract to chase the week of, no broken paperwork. Beer, wine, full liquor, signature cocktails — all under one roof.
